The Environmental Audit Committee, of which Philip Dunne is chair, is calling on the Government to cut VAT on repairs for electrical goods and green home improvements, to help people reduce greenhouse gas emissions in their everyday lives.

Earlier this week I joined staff and volunteers at Ludlow Racecourse, to welcome the latest community vaccination hub opening for south Shropshire. Shropshire CCG were in charge, RAF medics were doing the jabs, volunteers from Shropshire Fire & Rescue managed the car parking, community volunteers were stewards and Shropshire Council staff ran the administration. It was a great team effort and an uplifting moment, offering hope for the way out of this crisis.
