Philip Dunne comments ahead of next week's local elections.Ludlow's MP Philip Dunne, who is stepping down from his role as a District Councillor for St Laurence's ward commented:

"These elections are especially important since they will determine whether Ludlow has a District Council or not.

Conservatives are standing in more wards than ever before. Conservative councils deliver safer, greener, cleaner, cheaper areas for local residents.

I urge people on 3rd May to keep their council by voting Conservative for candidates who want to serve the council they are standing for, not to scrap it."
